Smart idea and design by Neville Mars turning our ugly un eco friendly parking lots into something more pretty and functional. He envisions these solar panels charging our electric cars while they are parked. The solar panel leaves actually rotate in the direction of the most sun. Also the leaves add shading for the cars beneath. Eco- tech indeed!
